Me and this site

This site is dedicated to looking for better food &  drink and developing new cooking techniques, whether that be in a cookbook or a restaurant review. I'll start by looking at and critiquing brunch spots in Los Angeles and along California's Central Coast. I will also be cooking my way through local library cookbooks, which look to be diverse.

Who am I? I am a classically trained chef and journeyman cook that works in the food aspects of behavioral health. I am creating a source of enjoyment and learning, hopefully not just for me. I look forward to learning from, hearing about, and engaging with everyone throughout this adventure. Cheers!
